I'm thinking it's a Nebraska Blue Agate. Not a great picture but it wouldn't hold still.

When in doubt about a particular rock we tumble a round or two to get a clearer look. Often enough we will yank it out and slice them up.

Thanks Al. It's a little guy, maybe a little bigger than a quarter is all- I don't think slicing it would do me much good.

I think I will tumble it to round it off and see how it polishes up. I think it should be nice...
