Wow! Those fortifications! Great job capturing those. I got lost in there for awhile, especially the first one. There’s something about the shape and colors. Definitely great work. Now I’ve got fortifications on my mind. Again.
Also, nice job balancing the showy wrap with not obscuring the patterns.

Great job, Jason! I really appreciate how you lock those curls down. I see so many curly wraps with wires that will easily bend. I only have one nit picky thing to add... turn your beads so you can't see the seams. Otherwise, perfection in balance and super cabs!

I've been trying to be really careful when I'm planning out my shapes for the cabs. I've been conscientious about leaving an empty space for my curls (if possible)...since I seem to be doing them all the time! LOL The second cab reminds me of an overhead shot of a continent for some reason...brown water...but still. LOL Fortifications you say? Wait until you see the Fairburn cabs I'm working on right now. I'm not a bead fan, myself, but these look really good. Thanks Robin! I wasn't too sure about the beads either...but I kind of liked the result. I thought they looked "ok", but my wife (bless her heart) thought they were "fantastic"! So, I get that different strokes for different folks... |
