This looks like Needles Blue Chrysocolla Gem Silica, but Tommy would know for sure. It's very rare and expensive now.

The stromatolite was a small end section left from previous work that took a great polish without undercutting. The blue cab is from a small quantity of material purchased in the 70's that produced several nice stones but I don't remember the location it was mined.
