So I once made a heart keychain for my daughter, somehow it came off of her keychain last year and was never to be seen again. I made another heart and have been having a difficult time with deciding how to keep this one from getting lost. In looking through some findings that fernwood had sent me some time back I came across something that I thought would work well. I don't really have any way to drill it effectively and I was nervous about breaking it so this seemed like a good way to do it. Not the intended use for the finding, but I think it provides a good surface area for the E6000. Plus, if she ever decided to wear it as a pendant I think it would look nice. Thanks for looking, any thoughts or comments are appreciated!

Nice. I have done the same with those. It works well in a pinch. I was too chicken to drill a hole in the cab.

I say glue it to the back of her hand...that way it never gets lost again! That is a fantastic looking cab Mike! Like others have said, I think that'll work great due to the swivel.

Beautiful heart, Mike! I think that will work just fine. The glued on surface is big enough to give it real decent holding power. Just make sure you let the E6000 dry fully before you give it to her to use.
