Is the material motion/speed seem normal in the video? Just received my UV 10 today and trying it out with mostly ceramics until I feel more confident with it. This was shot nine hours after starting with 120/220 grit. Thanks

Looks pretty good, but maybe a bit slow due to it drying out. Spritz with a spray bottle of water (just a few squirts at a time) and the action will speed right up.
By the way, it is probably inevitable that you will overdo it on the water in the vibe eventually. Best to let any adjustments you make run for a couple of minutes to see how it is affecting the action and then adjust again if necessary. It is really easy to hover over the machine spraying water in every couple of seconds due to impatience until you have gone too far. I should know as a former “oversprayer”.

Looks fine to me but you need rock, not ceramics. I use the rule that if the movement is that good, no additional water is needed. If it was slower than that water might be needed. If the water splashes/squirts/pops out, you probably have too much water.

Thanks everybody. It was moving OK last night before bed but very slow this morning. That's 18 hours after start and it bogged down again. I'm guessing this first 120/220 stage never really levels out over its few days of running and needs very frequent attention. Hopefully I didnt become an 'oversprayer'too this morning before I left for work. Love the moniker from rockindad. Regardless of the outcome, I'm enjoying this new hobby, this Forum, and the learning. Thanks again. Terry
