Has anyone used cutting Edge Supply in Az before? I'm trying to locate a shop w/ 600 grit SiC and I am not finding many. I typically get my grit at TRS but due to the new vibe lap, I need different grits (as far as I can tell . their shipping is reasonable. thanks!

can't say I know of the place
is it some supplier of saw blades and tools for marble counter top guys?
I had stopped in a shop months ago, that dealt with those type of supplies on East Broadway. It had a similar name
any more info?

@mohs not much more info than their website: cuttingedgesupply.store/. I just found them by searching the web for 600 grit. Looks like they have a variety of lapidary supplies and equipment.

mohs, keep me in the loop. At lunch I placed my heavy order and I received a tracking number 3 hours later. The shipping to OR for approx 10 lbs of supplies was $10.23. If the package gets here Friday when UPS predicts, that will be some seriously fast shipping.

I've inferred that any larger quantities of supplies (such as old miser for example) come from the manufacturer itself. Potentially the Covington machines too. Overall I got the impression you could walk in and get what's needed though. Where's Cave Creek?

Cool JR ! That sounds even more encouraging always enjoy browsing the shops bits & buffs & talk’n rocks I would say the town of Cave Creek would be 7 miles or so-- north of CES Historic old mining town rock’n downtown Fabulous desert scenery, hiking trail, ect Further north is 7 Springs and the whole Verde Valley /Tonto Basin Good rocks hounding I never did much rockhounding myself Pretty disappointed in that fact So I don’t know all the types or best areas But a brecciated red/yellow fire shaded type of jasp/agate comes from that area Many local members here would really know Perhaps they’ll comment...

CES Lapidary Supplies Just got back from a pleasant visit w/ Nick Alexander. The son and proprietor of Cutting Edge Tools. A real gneiss young man. I was telling him all about RTH It is a real nice store front. They have little bit of everything stocked. 10’" blades, Diamond Pacific products, tumbling supplies, buffs, bits, wire, adhesive ectall. Nick was telling me that the largest percentage of the biz is the internet. The web page seems really well organized So I highly suggest that RTH members consider browsing CES Lapidary Supplies Thanks JR8675309 you open a resource for me and the digits in your name rings a bell
