My darling wife surprised me this week with some tasty birthday slabs! These have been expertly polished, and came with stands. Definitely heading for the old display case!  Eden Blue from Wyoming  Wingate Pass from California!   We're heading out bright and early to spend the holiday weekend up north at the cabin. What an amazing wife you have! Great birthday presents!!!
I went to an estate auction in Crawford, NE this summer. There was a LOT of Eden Blue being auctioned. Problem was, there were two guys there hell-bent on getting every piece...regardless of price. They collected Eden Blue and took turns outbidding everyone on each piece! LOL

Those are some nice slabs, I have a little of the blue forest wood, but nothing even close to that museum piece.
