My dad pointed out the barbed wire going through the middle of this one I hadn't noticed it. Wouldn't it be cool to present (give/sell) that one to the wife of a rancher! I know you have a few of them up there!

Jason that's a great idea. One of the places I hunt deer and occasionally do some hounding will be the future home for that piece. Thanks.

A wire wrap that looks like barbed wire would be the icing on the 🎂

You know, now I'm really starting to think you could advertise these for all kinds of trades up there: "Cabs for Carcasses!" "Dendrites for Deer!" "Agates for Antlers!" "Botswanas for Bambi!" "Montanas for Mulies!" I believe I can think of some more if you feel you might need more! LOL

She's gonna love those Lunk! That MMA is gorgeous and I like the shape you chose on that - as well as the pattern capture! Is that the "Bloodstone" you found? I'm assuming it is. I love what's going on in it...but with those "swirls" of color - which I freaking love, I have to wonder if it really is Bloodstone. (Not like I'm any expert...there was some question about some that I worked this last week...so now I'm second-guessing everything! LOL) Whatever that is, I would LOVE to find a nice 20 pound piece of that! LOL

Jason it is the same rock. I'm not sure what it is either but I like it. If I ever find a 20 pounder it's yours. Or better yet you come find it yourself haha.

Whatever that first one is, it's really awesome looking! Great job on the MMAs! Bummer that second one broke...great job on the recovery of it though! That last one looks like a lot of Prairie Agates we have out here. Of course, that's MY catch-all name for anything unknown by me out here! (I find a lot of "Prairie Agates"! LOL)

Thanks Jason. The first two are from the same slab of MMA. Here's a couple more from the same rock.

Those MMAs are fantastic! I like the white areas in the first two and the third that had the little mishap is such a great shape for the pattern in the stone. Too bad about the break, but it still looks good!
