Hello All! Any opinions on Lot O vs. Diamond Pacific MT4 ultrasonic? I wonder if the ultrasonic is quieter to run in the house?

Hello All! Any opinions on Lot O vs. Diamond Pacific MT4 ultrasonic? I wonder if the ultrasonic is quieter to run in the house? Hello! I have not tried the loto but love the mini sonic. I will post a link to a picture of my latest batch. It is fairly quite, but I wouldn't recommend sleeping near it. It also has an adjustable action.

Actually, this is my 2nd latest batch. flic.kr/p/2mwCpxo I did this using the mini-sonic and rockshed AO.

The MT4 will make more noise if turned to the highest settings. They do not do their best on coarse. Once the stones are rounded (use a rotary for this) then they are optomized for 220 to polish.

I used to run a mini-sonic in the house at about half speed. Just enough to keep the rocks rolling consistently. But after a few months the sound started driving me nuts.
I was thinking that maybe covering it with a Styrofoam cooler may work to dampen the sound. I haven't tried that yet.
Here's a couple of vids of the Mini-sonic running

Oops... No sound for this one. If you stare long enough, it will mess with your vision.
