Hello fellow members, I have a question on some rough for tumbling, I have Labradorite, Hyacinth Jasper, (purple), Matt Elliot Seam Agate, and some Spider web Rhyolite, Do I tumble each one on their own seeing as I am not quite sure what hardness to put them together and do not want to ruin them if they are too soft? Not sure how I can get a photo to show you all on here I dont do URL links. With kind regards Patricia

The jasper and agate should be fine together. The rhyolite depends on how much quartz is mixed with it. I’m thinking the hyacinth, although hard enough, would be too brittle to put in with the quartz stuff.

Labradorite is a very tough tumble, the stuff just wants to die for no reason. I had decent luck running it through stage one with other stuff, but once it got to 2, I had to bring it down to small batch in a sea of media to get any kind of decent results.
