I've surprised myself in actually accumulating a bunch of slabs that I don't honestly see myself cutting up for cabochon preforms - again I've got more preforms cut already than I'll ever get through in this lifetime.
The mega-auction is for around 13 cabochon grade slabs - with a few little extras thrown in and probably more will find their way in the box. Sizes listed below are approx. All of these are believed to be stable and should produce high quality cabochons. Some have my sharpie markings on them already where I intended to make my cuts.
MFRB shipping is included and bidding starts at $100 and auction will end Tuesday Oct 27th at 6pm.

2. Kambaba jasper, 7.5" x 5.5" x 5.5mm
3. Pacific Coast Picasso jasper (Malibu CA), 6.25" x 4" x 6.5mm
4. Picasso Marble (Utah), 5.25" x 4" x 6mm (2) of these. 2nd one is only shown in the group photo
5. Apple Valley agate, 4.5" x 4.5" x 6.5"
6. Gabro (I think), 5" x 4.25" x 6mm
7. Indian Paint stone, 4" x 4" x 6.5"
8. unknown agate, 6" x 4" x 7mm
9. misc. rhyolite Dead Camel Mtns
10. Biggs jasper, 6.25" x 2.5" x 5mm
11. Prudent Man plume agate, 3.5" x 2.75" x 6mm, uneven thickness project piece with at least one nice cabochon

... I definitely wanted it to to be the star of the show. I recently saw a slab of Needles that was about a quarter of the size of this one sell for over $100 on Facebook.
