Excellent news! That arbor should last forever.
Given the wheels you listed, you might want to try to trade an 80 for a steel 220. Or sell one and use the proceeds toward a 220 - just so you don't blaze through coarse grit belts between the 80 and the 600 Nova.
We have an arbor with a 220 / 8" expando setup. It's perfect after the rough grinding is done. You could do small batches to avoid wheel swaps for each cab.

That makes sense. Thanks for the advice.

Way to go Perk! I bet you're gonna be producing some amazing cabs! I eagerly look forward to seeing your work! * I agree with Vince about the "small batches". I have to change disks every time I change grit...so I have a tendency to do 6-10 cabs at a time. I'm really aware now of the condition of each cab before I move onto the next grit...in order to hopefully not miss any scratches, which makes me have to change the disk to go back down a grit...

I CAN'T wait to see pictures of your cabs. I remember when I got my Gene and how excited I was. Good for you!

Thanks! I just tried a batch but the water sprayed everywhere so I'm gonna need to figure something new out. I got to the 800 unless I have to go back but it worked well besides how wet it was. I only did a 3 cab batch until the dop broke off one so down to two. I'm gonna be posting a tread on keeping the water down in a second.

I would love too, but I almost washed away my garage. I had no idea either. Thank gosh I got "caught". I need to figure out those darn spreaders.

That is actually how I looked! I got wetter than the wheels did.
