these are from an arkansas rockshop. i'm in mississippi and we don't have but 2 rockshops that i've found and they are not nearby. one of those was right on the coast so it probably isn't there anymore either.

KIm: I cab metallic ores all the time. They come out real nice as long as the quartz content is pretty high. Looks like that's probably the case with the slab you've pictured. And with copper ( is that Mohawkite?) at least you don't have to worry about rust which is often a problem with pyrite based ores.
