I made about 15 cuts of these Limonite stained rocks. Sometimes there are interesting things going on, most times not. These were the best to come out and the one in the middle top or bottom right has the most potential to show off.

Hmm...one of the guys I follow on YouTube always calls this type Limonite agates, etc, etc. To be honest though oxidiation makes more sense to me even though they are underwater. It really is a crust or a shell, although sometimes the tan seeps through the entire rock (maybe older or host rock?) These are really a crap shoot though. In the knee deep water they stand out like a sore thumb amongst the blacks and grays as they almost glow orange in the sun.
I dunno not convinced by the wiki page on limonite
"It varies in color from a bright lemony yellow to a drab greyish brown. The streak of limonite on an unglazed porcelain plate is always brownish, a character which distinguishes it from hematite with a red streak, or from magnetite with a black streak. The hardness is variable, but generally in the 4 - 5.5 range."
What I find is definitely as hard as the host rock 7 most of the time.

Pretty interesting...What're your plans for these?

Some wise Jedi told me "Once again, my first reaction is to slab it and cab it!" However this Padawan has one tool and one tool only. Tumble tumble tumble. I don't think they are worth more than than that honestly. I've made a few necklaces and if the shape and depth is right I can see a few of them on a string.

I was wondering if you were going to tumble them. I see you're getting a "nub" from (I'm guessing") rotating the cut on a 7" saw. I get a little nub sometimes when I'm cutting slabs on the 10" (as the blade is finishing the cut, it'll slightly break off part of the piece next to the slab that's coming off). I'll take the slab and put it back against the blade and allow the blade to "grind" that nub off...that way I have an even slab. You can do the same thing on the 7" saw with the half that has the nub. The other half has the indent of where the nub came from...well, I don't know the solution for replacing that material. Maybe tumbling removes that nub without any problems though...

From the few I've tumbled, that little bump wears down and you can't even tell it wasn't flush.

Bottom right looks the best to me. Almost looks like an agate?
