Thanks! I figured they better be good enough to warrant the cutting of such a nice display specimen lol! Actually the cut face will look pretty good on the new slightly smaller specimen.

Thank you! It’s been a challenge to come up with the process without messing up. Really they are a good save and I should have practiced with the drill before going all in lol!

I can't tell by the picture, but were you using water to drill?

Yes, that was just before filling the stainless container.

I think you did an outstanding job. Sometimes you just have to jump in feet first. Often times, my best work is the first time. Beginners luck.
