That piece has some neat colors. So much variety in the so called crazy-lace agates.

A while ago I got a big piece of Laguna at a great price. It has a large crystal vug. As I was cutting large slices, I would see fantastic patterns and thought I hit the motherlode. After cleaning off the oil, I saw the micro fractures and the patterns changed from front and back so designing was challenging.

Finally finished up slicing that rock, ended up with a very nice haul. All but the initial facing slice will be usable. Aside from a few small vugs, it's remarkably solid material.
