In 1983 my parents got married, they went on a honeymoon and on a beach they found 2 heart shaped rocks.
I never knew about these rocks all these years. Now 2 years into this hobby they handed them to me to shine up.
Well it was basalt and soft quartz, so hard to properly shine them but I encouraged the heart shapes.
It was a fun little project.

What fabulous memory marker and fine job ya done
Really all around cool on so many rock'n facets, Ev!
I polished a stone for a client who recovered it from her childhood home
She had immigrated to the U.S
to get away from the war in Bosnia.
She showed me her scrap book of mementos.
The little stone was just a meta-greenish gneiss
I was thrilled to polish just 1 side,
and she was thrilled with the results
. Your story as a touch of destiny
Really cool
I'm out far away mobile- so that was treat to see and read
