Tommy So far, I've loaded five pics to Cloudinary. Any reason/explanation why they've duplicated each image? Doubles are all same size and resolution as original, just tagged differently. For instance, a pic first uploaded as TheScream is tagged TheScream_ygr1zd and there's also a double now tagged rtjs6mscgkmc29nf68m4.

Has this been recent for you? It didn't duplicate anything for when I used it the other day

It uploads when you click the button from this site. That’s likely the garbled numbers/letters version. If you manually uploaded a pic to cloudinary that’s the one that has the correct ish name.

Assuming you are talking about it having two copies of the image stored on the Cloudinary website, I have no idea. I tried to recreate it on my side - using the "automatic backup" feature but still no.

Thanks, Tommy . Now I’m curious . . . I’ll have to dig into those posts/threads where I used the images and see which version ended up on RTH. If it’s consistently my original tagged pic, it should be safe to delete the gobbledygooked doubles.

Well, not what I expected. All the pics that appear on the board are the doubles, not the originals I named and uploaded. Weird.
Fwiw, I uploaded another pic two days ago to use in a pm. Cloudinary Upload button was inactive so I just copied the url and used the old Insert Image button. That pic has not been duplicated back in the Cloud library.
So now I’m wondering if the drag and drop routine is somehow the culprit.

Yes, when you drag and drop, it automatically uploads a gobbledegook file name to cloudinary server, and hot links it in your post all in one smooth motion.
