Howdy all, after 3 months I finally finished a batch! Guess I kinda let them tumble for awhile (2 1/2 months in #500, lol), but finally got back to it and loaded 'em with polish last week. Pics are taken indoors, no outside lighting today, as it's dark, gloomy and snowing like crazy. Thanks for looking! Jimmy

Dang! They sure came out great! If our goal is to "James" our rocks, then you are most certainly there. That shine is awesome. You ought to put those pics in the Sample Pictures menu.

Well isn't that a feast for the eyes! That has to be the nicest tumble of bubblegum agate I recall seeing... is that from the Rockshed? Also, I don't think I recall anyone getting such great indoor pix before... okay, obviously you've got a fantastic tumbled batch of stones to work with, but how'd you get them to show off so nicely under indoor lighting?

This is exactly the same stuff I'm working from collecting last summer! Yours looks great -- I love it. The one thing you have there that I don't is the green, or at least the green that polished. It seems like the green rocks I pick up always refuse to polish -- except for the aventurine, which I don't find too much of. What do you think those beautiful green ones are? Nice job, now I'll be embarrassed to post any more of my own!

Well you did it to me again. Each time I think I have my rough in the order I want to tumble, than along comes someone like Jimmy and puts on pics like these and I start to move things to the head of the line. Back fancy lace, forward bubblegum.

Those are awesome I think they have a great shine as well - I think sometimes it's the camera that is the problem to not getting a nice shine (yeah, that's my excuse & I'm sticking to it!)
Are these plates a standard in the States? Everyone seems to have these decorated plates, all I get is white or those dixie plates with the blue!

Tweetie, I noticed that too about the plates. Stefan sometimes posts up rocks on plates with grapes on the too.
