Here's some photos of the stuff I picked up in Arizona last week. 2 pictures taken after 36 hours of rough grinding in my lototumbler. The other 2 as it appears rough when just rinsed off. The gold/orange/brown areas are the parts that may show fire.

You won't be certain of the fire until you get to working those agates of course, but even if the fire doesn't pan out, it looks like you've got yourself a great batch of nicely banded agates.

So James, what did you do with them, did you keep them in rough grind until they were rounded? Seems like there wouldn't be much left! And how about the "fire" part? I'm afraid if there's any in there I might tumble it away. Do you have any photos of yours?
