Hi everybody,
A while ago, I bought a Lortone® Tumbler - 33B. I would like to know if another type of barrel (Bigger capacity for bigger rocks. i.e. a 3lb barrel instead of two small ones), can be used on this body.
Thank you for your comments and sorry if this is a stupid question:)

I had a tumble bee 4 lb tumbler and harbor freight double tumbler and was able to run a 4 lb tumbler on the harbor freight tumbler.

I also have the model 33b and I was thinking the same thing in regards to a bigger barrel. I took jk49's idea and bought a 4 pound Tumble Bee barrel from The Rock Shed. I just got it today and I like it. For me I think it is going to work fine. I always seem to have 1 or 2 rocks that are just a little bit too big and could use some more space around them.

The 33b is two 3lb barrels on a small frame. Due to the frame design and outer covering I doubt you could put a 6# drum on it. The 33B will take 3 1.5lb barrels though and then it is called 3-1.5 not a 33b. just like Lortone's QT66 is a QT12 frame with 2 6lb barrels.

I made a long 4 inch picture pipe barrel.
