RTH banner missing?

Are there any other site graphics missing as far as you can tell? I'm asking because I noticed a 'missing images' thread on the PB support forum recently. It was resolved but had something to do with the PB image storage site not having the proper 'https' designation.

Just the banner is missing. Maybe I just have Gremlins.

W10 on a PC using Chrome. Clear your cache and see what happens.
