This was a really cool article and an amazing observation.

This sentence in the article, is what bothers me about "experts": "And their observations contradict previous thinking into how red supergiants behave before they blow up."

Six months ago, the "experts" were saying something completely different. It's just an example as to why I have my doubts when it comes to any "experts" in any fields.

Okay...I'll step down from my soapbox! LOL
