Funny thing is i bought this very costly rock to cut up and sale however it showed up yesterday and now i cant bring myself to slab this one so ill be finding it a center place in my display case were it will be for the rest of my life anyway  My new rock by Roy Kessell, on Flickr  My new rock by Roy Kessell, on Flickr |

I wouldn't cut it up either and I'd put it in a display case too. It would diminish its beauty and value to cut it up.

That one is definitely a keeper! I’m sure slabs would’ve looked great, but not nearly as food as the whole.

When I first hit the page and saw a brief part of the first picture, I thought it was some kind of tropical jellyfish or something. Very surreal, beautiful and amazing. Good call. This art deserves to be in a showcase.  |

Thank you for choosing to keep that one whole! There's just certain pieces where the sum of the parts don't equal the whole...and that would definitely be this case! Gorgeous...awesome...awe-inspiring...etc.!
