I wouldn't cut it up either and I'd put it in a display case too. It would diminish its beauty and value to cut it up.

I thought you kept it because the first photo looks like a heart, and Monday is Valentines Day. ❤️

That one is definitely a keeper! I’m sure slabs would’ve looked great, but not nearly as food as the whole.

That’s a wild and crazy hunk o’ malachite. Never seen one like it.

When I first hit the page and saw a brief part of the first picture, I thought it was some kind of tropical jellyfish or something. Very surreal, beautiful and amazing. Good call. This art deserves to be in a showcase.

Thank you for choosing to keep that one whole! There's just certain pieces where the sum of the parts don't equal the whole...and that would definitely be this case! Gorgeous...awesome...awe-inspiring...etc.!

Well, doesn't that just suck. Now you're 'gonna have to buy another one to slab.
Good news is you've already got the "better one", so no worries about cutting up the next one. I don't see how you could top this one.

I agree with the others, good call keeping it as-is, what a treasure!

What everybody above me said before I got into this thread. It's splendiferous and deserves a place of honor where you display it.

I am just here to echo the sentiment of the others before me about the good call on keeping it whole, but I would also like to ask for some more pictures of that beauty... pretty please?

Now THAT is an incredibly unique and gorgeous rock! I’m glad you aren’t going to cut it.... it’s a piece of art as is, and should be displayed.🤗🤗🤗
