Just a couple things I did in order NOT to fill anymore candy dishes. Have way to many of them around the house. Hey Cher tomorrow I will post a few pic. of what the wife did with some also. Anyway, don't laugh at these, And a candle holder thingy, looks real cool in the dark, lit up, Yeah that is also my 13 y.o. first wire wrap hangin there... By next spring I should have enough polished rocks to fill this up to the top. (just had to throw this 1 in)

Hey, I like that little fountain in the first two pics. That's a great idea and so is the candle holder thingy. Nice to see you're daughter has an interest in learning wire wrapping. Tell her to have patience and look at lots of pics, that's how I learned.
The pond is so nice, I'll bet the birds love it. What do you do in the winter, is it heated? My neighbor put a heater in her's last year but forgot and didn't get it out in time this year.
Cool pics, Thank you!!

liking the fountain also. Saw something like that at a wedding a while back - got my hand slapped for playing with the rocks.

The pond isn't heated, I just turn off the waterfall and run 2 bubblers above the water line to keep holes open for the gasses to escape in winter. I also cut back all the plants and sink them, I also try to catch most of the fish and put them in the aquariums down in the basement. Here is what it looks like in the winter,

Love the pond in the winter- I shut mine down- everyone outta the pool! Last year I left the water in and had a dozen very decayed frogs- so this year- drained it right out (plus my one goldfish is still very dark in color and is a bugger tocatch)
