Victor..."Uncle!!...Uncle!!!" I am officially in a state of visual overload!!
I remember the Anderson Ranch as being open for collecting. It was adjacent to Walker/Woodward as I remember. It seems it got closed to collecting maybe in the late 70's and I never got to collect there. I did collect Walker Ranch 5 or 6 times. I have about 300 - 400 pounds of rough I need to start cutting. I am sure there's going to be some nice pieces.
Do you remember the two or 3 big display flats Frank Woodard Senior had in his shop at the Ranch, they were to the left side wall as you came in the front door. They were out of this world pieces of red plume. I wonder where they ended up?

HankRocks, yes I remember them and the large lighted disply cab but no I don't where they ended up. I think one of the children has a rock shop in Fort Davis and might know. I think Teri Smith would know where the final whereabouts of the collection. I think Sul Ross wanted the fireplace but I think the new owners intended to bulldoze the structure.

Wow! You never cease to amaze me with the materials you post. (I think I've said that at least once before.)
Some of those are like peering into a different world. The variety of colors in those plumes is mind-blowing.
