ED, Are those flat ones cut from slabs and then tumble polished (if so, rotary or vibe) or did you do those on a cabbing unit? Some of those would look really nice wrapped... Susan

What kind of saw do you have Earthdog? It seems like you get such nice thin pieces, they are really beautiful and yes, there's a bunch in there that would look awesome wrapped. Great job!! And NO you don't have to quit posting pics, not on my account anyway. *smile*

Alot of these came from slabs I bought at the,,,, Gem Shop for $5 a pound and cut them on the home depot saw, the same you have Cher. I used aluminum oxide for polish. I have another batch in tin oxide right now, but I don't think they are shining as well. Cher send me ur address again, and maybe I will throw a few in the mail, otherwise they are going in a candy dish...

Um yeah, what's the deal. How did mine get in front of earthdog's too? That's weird. I read the post, went to send a pm with my addy, came back here to post and now it's in front of his. LOL We must have forum poltergeists playing tricks with the posts. Very strange indeed!!
PS ... Hey Stefan, I have 8 more posts to 5,000.

I was thinking Cher really was God there for a minute! Stefan, you're still just Godlike! Earthdog, WOW! you keep amazing us all. I guess I'm going to have to Slab a few pieces of stuff before tumbling it. It would come out better for necklaces and such. Steve
