I seem to read varying reports on JB's - but it seems like it's mostly how they run the business , not the quality of their products. ??
Does anyone have experience with their polishing ( 1200 or 3000 ) polishing wheels ? They say they are made in the US & they have free shipping & the price is in between the KN's & true Nova's .
Appreciate any first hand knowledge.
Thanks,
Patty

This probably won't help you much, but I got a textured 80 grit hard wheel in Tucson last month from the guy who sells at shows for them and just started using it. I like it so far, but just breaking it in with some pretty easy hard agate and jasper. It's replacing a Chinese one from Han that had a pretty long life but cut slower than I had hoped for.

I've used them from 220 to 50,000 and am satisfied. Their were prices were much lower and their shipping was expensive but I compensated for the shipping by making larger orders. Their soft wheels are 40% more now than when I was buying them. Never used KN but the price difference between the Nova and JB made the JB a best buy.

Thank you stardiamond that's just the first hand report I was hoping for. With the JB wheels, the price now, with free shipping, is almost like buy one get one free vs Nova. Best buy it is ! Thanks again, Patty

Much to my surprise when I ordered the supernova wheels, with free shipping, they arrived 2 day FedEx air. Impressive. They certainly look a good deal different, with more grit than the KN wheels my KN cabber came with and a softer sponge backing - looking forward to installing them tomorrow.
