This comes from the last material my grandfather hounded before he passed. He started the cab, but then got too sick to finish it. Thanks to all of your guys help and advice, I finally felt skilled enough to finish it off for him. This comes from a small deposit on his buddies ranch out of central Oregon. It's a sage green moss encased in crystal clear agate with dendrite inclusions. low dome. (I did not put that chip in it on the bottom edge. That one was on my grandpa when he shaped it lol) Enjoy

Really pretty material. Good on you for finishing it for your gramps.

I told you this one was going to choke me up! I know he's smiling down at you tonight...more than he was anyway! This material is so amazing...and you really did justice to what your grandpa left you.

I just threw the suggestion out there. You took it and ran with it...resulting in a "touchdown"!

Beautiful cab and an even more beautiful story. I can only imagine how you felt when you finished it. Your grandpa would be proud.

A fitting end for that stone, I'm sure he'd love how you finished it.

That is some gorgeous material, and the sentimental value is icing on the cake. I've got some Montana agate that looks rather similar to that.
I would love to see some more of your grandpa's cabs if you were lucky enough to inherit them.

I'm late to the party but have to say I agree with the others.
This is a very beautiful cab and what a wonderful tribute to your grandfather.
Well done!
