Good looking "runner ups"! I need to go through what's left of my T-eggs...I've got a ton that I don't know what I'm going to do with yet. Now that you've shown some squares out of your, I think I really like that look to them. I might just copy you! Love the "skinny" lizard pic! LOL

Those are pretty cool victor. I like what you did with your entry, very creative. Are all of those run through your vibe tumbler? How did the one pictured with the hollow center turn out?

I think your pet lizard needs a drink he looks parched! What will the little guy from Geico think?
I find rounds and nice sqr corners hard to do.

Agatewhisper, the Brazilian with the crystal center had already been polished and was marked but not cut. My wife, Ruth, liked it as is and I thought that several fractures might do it in with the vibe run. You, however, do see my mind searching for artistic ideas for this contest with limited material and this was one choice.

Rmf, the 90 degrees for me on a flat lap are easy but the top curve intersections on the dome corners are tricky. The part about this contest that was hard for me was working with different hardness's on the stone edges and surfaces because of undercutting in the vibe. I basically haven't cut many rounds except for some red horn coral a few years ago so I don't know if I would find it easy or hard. My preferred shape is the oval but I will cut the shape suggested by the stone.
