I recently purchased a Lortone QT12 and the lid doesn't seem to be perfectly round (it seems warped) I have a QT 6 and the lid is perfect. The tumbler seems to work - I put a load of chert in last night and checked it this morning - no leaks. Is this something I should worry about? Should I ask for a new lid from the seller (online store)? Or, is it nothing to worry about. Respectfully, Dillon

Is the machine new or used? Especially if it's new, a contact with the seller might be worth while if you can establish what is wrong rather than saying "it doesn't look right". If you try and get no satisfaction, and the machine works well, use the old adage: If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Did you fill out your warranty? If so I would ask Lortone if it is new. The Vendor you bought it from is only a middleman.
