Holy moly, you're right, I do wonder why we live in this white doo. Man you are really getting it. Did you get any rain first? That's why we didn't get as much as they threatened, it stayed too warm and all came down as rain first. Thank goodness, I sure wouldn't want to look at that yet. I'm sorry for you KD!!

OH NO! not that white stuff If you're getting it today, that means we're getting it tomorrow. Everybody go outside, point North East and start blowing as hard as you can. Maybe that snow cloud of KD's will move a little more up north and miss us.

Yes, yes! Blow that stuff down here! I miss it. I miss the grey sky, I miss the cool feeling as flakes land on my face, I miss the sound of boots crunching in the snow, I miss I miss the solidarity. I miss finding a nice drift, hollowing it out, calling it home for a bit. I miss the Ptarmigans, the Moose, the Wolves, all the creatures with their heavy winter coats. Blow it down here, we can use some. Floriduh is way too hot for me.

hummm, 85 and sunny today in the lone star state. Spent most of the day playing with my saw. But look on the bright side, you can make snowmen.

It looks like you've got some shovelling ahead of you, but it certainly is one fantastic view you have out your back door!

That is beautiful, I can't wait until we have our first good snowfall. We had a little about a week or so ago, didn't really amount to much. Tami

YUP KD that about sums it up- About the same view out my backyard (no turkeys) Doc is right though- something about winter- Silence, solitutde, Nature at her rawest- But there is nothing like a good cold morning frost on a sunny morn- makes the earth look a sparkly- I love to Cross country ski into the woods and just stop and listen to the nothing!
