I'm not sure what I'm doing where I could offer you some advice...I'm really not working these any differently than any other material...it's just softer than most stuff I work. I guess the one thing I do differently is to start them out on the 220 rather than the 80 grit wheel.

About the only thing I could think of is maybe my 1200 and 3000 wheels are broken in a little more than yours.
