I'm not sure what's happening but I've posted a few times lately and when I come back later there's nothing there. I replied earlier, I'll try again. I'm not going to be a great help on the wiring. If you're sure it's 120v reversible the wires have to connect up with one side to T1/T2 and the other side to 3/2. Obviously a direct short to do anything else. The green ground just goes to the motor case. An easy spot is the little machine screw that holds the cover on the wiring compartment. For wire a "furnace pigtail" works great if you want a plug. If you're wiring to a switch you want some soft stranded cable like a chunk of extension cord (I usually have a lot of bad cords from work and use them for wiring stuff like this). Pigtails are usually cheap enough that you could cut one of those too. It's helpful to put some crimped ring or forked terminals on the wire to hook to the studs.
