Me too, the pale green is really pretty. Looks like you did pretty good, must be hard trying to get all your equipment back up that hill to your vehicle. It still amazes me how you find this stuff.

Those are great Tony!! That must have been what you could call a multi hobby day! Those will be fun to work with. I have a question, in the national parks near me rocks can't be collected anymore, new rules. Are there some national parks that you can still collect rock in? I was at a national park last summer, Sleeping Bear, and saw a park ranger tell a kid with a bucket of rocks that he had to put them back. I could go on a rant, but I'll keep my mouth shut.
Do you have plans for the Jade? That really is some cool stuff! Bill

Offbeat, its legal to collect jade there. You are allowed to take only what you can carry, and you can only collect it in the tidal zone (no digging in the cliffs ). Also you are allowed a 200 hundred pound lift bag . There are other rules too but those are the main ones . Tony

Those are beautiful. Jade may take you alot of effort, but it is definitely worth it. Tami

I'm no jade expert, but is the material your finding considerd semi-precious or just "cool to find and play with???"
