The nearest rock looks like conglomerate.

Yes, but they usually seem to be held together with a soft almost concrete type material and this seems to be some type of semi-transparent agate type material holding everything together?

Sorry, I am still trying to figure out how this works for posting. Any Info. would help. I really want to see what the inside of this thing looks like if I can find someone with a real saw locally.

Oh Nice, what is the material that is holding all of this together?

Looks like one of them there brecciated rocks I just learned about in this here forum. Most of the breccia photos that I see online look like they held together with clays and other sediments, and they are coming from extremely dry environments like Death Valley and this was found in the very wet and rainy Pacific Northwest not far from MT. Rainier. I just now tried a knife test on it and it cannot be scratched with a knife or a screwdriver on either of the elements of the angular fragments or the filler material?
