I've seen some mixed reviews on Han's Lapidary. I just completed two orders with them and have nothing but good to say. I got 5 8"x3" expanding drum diamond resin belts for $235 plus a separate order for the drum which was $64. What's odd is I had to go to a couple web sites to get a decent deal. There are at least 7 sites including FB, Etsy and Ebay. The prices are a lot different. Some are more expensive and include shipping. These typically aren't a very good deal. Where shipping is separate it's by weight. I think the shipping on the belts was under $3. As soon as I put the rubber wheel in the cart it jumped to $50. I finally found the wheel on another of his sites and the shipping was only a couple of dollars but they didn't have the belts I needed. I placed two separate orders. Somehow in all this I inadvertently ordered the belts twice. They noticed this and reached out to me to make sure it wasn't a mistake. When I told them it was they cancelled one and got the rest on its way. I don't know exactly how long it took to get the order but it wasn't bad, maybe 2 weeks. The belts came from lapidarytool.com the store is called Hans Diamond Lapidary Glass Tools. I think I got the drum from lapidarygrinder.com. A couple of the belts are cut a little crooked on the edges but it doesn't seem to affect anything. Anyway, it's worth taking a look at if you've got a little time to wait for shipping and you don't mind dealing with ordering from China
