Ordered a spool polisher from DP, called and emailed to get a status. Received delivery delay notifications when emailing for info, then several days of "voice mail full". Today all numbers are "out of service". Anyone know what's going on?

I'm not sure Diamond Pacific even sells spool polishers. I could not find any on their site.

wpotterw , Graves manufactures and sells most spool polishers. You may have ordered from them or one of their distributors. The are infamous for not answering questions or even the phone and for delaying shipments months or years. No one I'm in contact with knows whether they're really still in business, though their web page is still up. I doubt Diamond Pacific even sells spool polishers. I can't find any evidence they do.
