I recently received some jewelry findings. These should keep me busy for at least a year. French ear wires, posts, split rings and 18"/20" necklaces. The necklaces were only 50 cents each. Plan on attaching some pendants to them. I presently just use a ribbon or cord to display some pendants. Feel that having them on chains will increase sales. A tool I had never seen was included with the split rings. And to think, all these years I have been using a paring knife to open one end of the ring to attach it to other things. The tool is much easier to use than the knife was. Does anyone have a source for eye-ups/eye screws, with a flat base between the eye and screw? All I am mostly finding are ones with a cup base. The ones I found with a flat base are either sterling or gold filled and cost prohibiitive. I am looking for inexpensive ones to add to bottle jewelry that sells for $10.00 or less each.
