They were green plastic and most were free forms back then. Anyone still sell them?

So I guess I'm too cheap to lay out a lot of money for stencils, BUT I like using them for keeping track of my cabs when grinding. This thread made me re-visit it all and I finally figured something out.

I have a vinyl cutter ( Cameo) that I use for metal etching & I finally figured out that it will cut Mylar to make my own stencils.

I half feel like a moron that I hadn't realized it before.

But I saw someone else mentioned their wife stealing their dental tools, to pick out the vinyl, made me realize that I should pass the tip along.

Easy Peezie - now I have all the stencils I care to make .

rocknrob: There was a shop in Portland, don't know if it's still there called Kenny and Zukes who made the absolute best pastrami sandwiches I have ever had. The problem is every restaurant thinks their sandwich is worth $20 now and seldom makes the grade. Nov 12, 2024 9:53:31 GMT -5
