I'm having trouble ordering a simple part for my Genie from Diamond Pacific. They no longer issue a paper or on-line catalog to my knowledge, and an email to them asking about a catalog resulted in a response that said ordering is by telephone only.
OK...but I've tried calling their listed number repeatedly over the past week at various times and it's always busy. Maybe it's just my bad luck but can anyone recommend a reliable DP dealer, preferably on the West Coast, who can supply what I need? I've had good luck with DP over the years until lately. I need the part and I don't want to wait forever for someone to answer the blamed phone!

I was even able to get ahold of someone when I called. I’d give them a shot if they have your part |

Thanks all. It looks like DP may be trying to throw support to its dealers instead of being the prime supplier. Forgot Tony was a DP dealer hummingbirdstones. realrockhound, Kingsley is my go-to source for much stuff but they don't have Genie parts as far as I know. stardiamond, thanks for that. I'll check them out. I'll start my search anew tomorrow. One of the left-side splash guards got broken in my move and I need a new one. |

The splash guards come as a set but its not terrible expensive.
I send in orders all the time. Just let me know.
