How do they get a big truck like that back up on 4 wheels? Do they bring over a crane? A heavy duty tow truck?

I'll bet it didn't take the sups/osha long to get a breathalizer/drug test on the driver of that bad boy. I thought it was bad when I rolled my 4wheeler!!!! At least the beast came to a stop.
