Finally had some time and was a good rainy day to cut some rocks.
The green tint is from the door wax showing through. Might need to finish the back but definitely looks better in person. I decided to go full dome which I don't normally do.
And I always need to remember they don't always turn out. This was my first try at some fire agate. Had no idea what to expect. Kept grinding and grinding the rough stone and all of a sudden saw some fire but also has a lot of pretty bad fractures. Not quite sure what to do with it, or more importantly what to do differently next time. The rough I have for this isn't super high quality either so this might be what I get... Either way it was fun to try out.
