I haven't done a wrap in a while but decided I'd better get in practice if I am going to be doing a wrap for the traveling box. I had this Burro Creek cab staring at me from my desk where my friend Frank had put it after he finished cabbing it so figured I'd wrap it. Geez, it's been so long I had to clean my wire before I wrapped it because it had begun to tarnish. Gotta love sterling silver wire. I'm glad I seemed to have remembered how to wrap. Very pretty!  I like they way the wires look on the bottom. It really works with the shape of the stone.
I haven't done a wrap in a long time... in fact- since I made the wrap for Roaming Wire.

Very pretty! I like they way the wires look on the bottom. It really works with the shape of the stone. I haven't done a wrap in a long time... in fact- since I made the wrap for Roaming Wire.

Not only a pretty wrap, but perfect for the stone! My first thought was "I really like the bottom," it adds a nice line without detracting from the stone.
