Cool! They really go 60mph? I had no idea. If I get passed by a teeny tiny buggy on the highway I'm lookin' around for you Edog! Can you run the boats on water conditions that are less than smooth? It seems like at that speed they might become aircraft after they hit a wave and then submarines! Also what is a nitro motor? Please do NOT tell me they run on nitroglycerin. Ha ha. That will scare me.  You have great toys. |

The 2 v-hulls I have will go good in rough water. The 45" v-hull is great to run on small choppy water, wave jumping. Smooth water you can really tell how fast they go, thats all. The tunnel hull don't like rough water, it will do a back flip when I burp the throttle. Nitro is nitro-methane, same stuff the big dragsters run on. I use 25% nitro for fun running, and when ya race you move up to 45% or 60% nitro. 25% costs $23 a gallon, and all my boats run an 8oz. tank except the 45" v-hull I have dual 8's in that and they will run about 25/35 min. on one tank. The cars have about a 4oz tank which will run about 15/20 min. It's fun to race full sized cars down the street in front of the house.
Stefan, I got rocks in the flat rate box, have them boxes lying all over the basement. Must have 15/20 of them, you should see how many I have just under the work bench.
As for the smokes, 3 packs a day on a light day, or two cartons a week. thats the first thing outta the paycheck every week. The doc. told me last year I probably don't even have ten years left, even if I quit today, at least I stopped smoking the hand rolls last month, that freed up more money for rocks. I won 2 bid last night on ebay and will win 3 more tonight.
I got that auction sniper that people were talking about and it seems to work good.

I didn't know radio control stuff was so high performance! You might spend more on fuel for your toys than I do on car fuel. Yikes!
