I'm sorry she's having to go through what she is. And my admiration for what she can do...has extended to what she IS doing! That's really an amazing gift - and there is no doubt in my mind she has lifted SO many spirits.  |

Rockbrain, does Diane use a very fine set of paint pens or extremely small brushes? The art work is super quality and definitely should be shown.

Pat I'll see what she has for pictures. Most of the hearts and glass paintings get sold pretty quickly. Most of the hearts are custom and include birthstones of kids, grandkids or fur babies. jasoninsd thanks, we're getting to the tail end of that crap and its been going well. We do lots of driving but she's getting incredible care. victor1941 She sprays clear coat or color on the rocks and the uses paint pens for the designs.

I'm sure everyone is very touched by her work and her gifts. I'm glad to hear she is doing well. Your wife has such a talent. Her handwriting is even beautiful!

Your wife is amazing! To be able to do that for other people while going through it herself is a testament to her giving nature. Prayers that she'll be done with it for good very soon. I have to agree with Tela. I have always been envious of people who have beautiful handwriting.  |

Pat you had asked to see some more of Diane's work. Here it is. All these pictures are the same as the painting on the rocks. She doesn't draw any grid or use rulers or anything. Just starts painting the design.    The glass is all painted on the back side. So, details get painted first and then the backgrounds.  The vast majority of the hearts are custom ordered. The beads are birthstones to represent children and fur babies. She's done a few with angel wing beads that are for fur babies that have passed.

OMG!! Seriously...Diane is uber-artistically-talented! I can not imagine having the ability to paint those designs without the aid of a ruler/grid/protractor! Amazing!!

They are beautiful! I like painting white on black too, not as fancy as your wife’s but I enjoy the result nevertheless.  Tell your wife we love to see more of her work! |
