Awesome cabs all around! But that first Blue Biggs Picture Jasper is phenomenal. You captured that scene perfectly, and good save by changing the shape to avoid the pits.

Awesome work on all of them! Did you ever know you had this artistic talent hiding somewhere before you started messing with rocks?

Glad I was able to encourage you to go for it with regard to the new shapes! Not kidding, but when you posted this thread I was having this thought on creating a thread on how to approach challenging shapes. Kinda like a step by step with some insights that might help to unravel the task. You should still do that thread. I bet it would give a lot of folks some good insight on what to do.

Excellent work as usual. I got past the first cab to the 3rd pic and was thinking you were already done challenging yourself with the shapes. You certainly weren't! Way to step up and nice grind and polish on all of those.

Awesome cabs all around! But that first Blue Biggs Picture Jasper is phenomenal. You captured that scene perfectly, and good save by changing the shape to avoid the pits. Thanks you SO much! Once that pit showed up, I was SO worried I was going to lose that scene once I reshaped it...I'm grateful it was a true "save"! Glad I was able to encourage you to go for it with regard to the new shapes! Not kidding, but when you posted this thread I was having this thought on creating a thread on how to approach challenging shapes. Kinda like a step by step with some insights that might help to unravel the task. I would LOVE to read your insight on challenging shapes! It took me a spell to figure out the right way (or at least I "think" it is!) to work the inside swoop. I know some of the things you're capable of doing with the wheels...and I'd love to have a chance to pick your brain in your thread with your approach to challenging shapes! Awesome work on all of them! Did you ever know you had this artistic talent hiding somewhere before you started messing with rocks? Thank you so much my friend!! Short answer: NOPE! I sure didn't! LOL - I can't stress enough how "fun" these were to figure out and work. I was trying to pump SO many cabs out for so long, it was a breath of fresh air to take a step back and slow down. Thank you so very much! I appreciate the kind words...but I can't stress enough how impressed I am with YOUR work...both with your cabs, as well as your wraps!!

Those are all super cool. That Deschutes jasper is such an awesome rock. It reminds me of a pheasant. Nice job fella.

jasoninsd Those are all super cool Jason! Love the picture jasper! Thanks Ashely! I love any kind of "landscape" picture jasper. It seemed like everyone at the show I did last month commented about the landscapes...and loved them...but not one sold! LOL Those are all super cool. That Deschutes jasper is such an awesome rock. It reminds me of a pheasant. Nice job fella. Thanks Lunk! I was SO nervous when I was getting ready to work that Deschutes! I always seem to get "nervous" any time I'm working some high-dollar material! LOL
