That top layer must be pretty thin, to see the black so much. What did you cut it with ?

That's impressive control with a 24" saw- that agate looks pretty thin.
It must be a good tight saw and a good blade.

That's really nice . I haven't tried deliberately cutting that thin. But you're inspiring me - I've been wanting to try a doublet with some nice quartz brotherbill gave me. Hmmmmmmm , gotta look through my rocks - perfect happy hour activity Patty
