Hello all, I've been trying to contact Lortone for a couple months now with no response. Both voicemails and a email message. Does anyone know if they are still in business or have a contact?
I've been trying to get a arbor shaft for my TS-10 trim saw. It's only about a year old but the arbor is bent. I've replaced the pillow block bearings and blade but that didn't fix it. The last MK-303 blade wore out pretty quickly and had really uneven wear which caused me to investigate the issue and narrow it down to the arbor. I think one of the bearing set screws wasn't tightened down all the way when it was assembled causing a groove to wear into the arbor causing it to no longer spin true, even with new bearings and a new blade.
If anyone has any contact with Lortone that would be very helpful. Thanks!

PM me the dimensions of your arbor shaft, I have some arbors here but they are not labeled as to what they belong to.
Lortone hasnt been answering phones since Covid, they are still filling dealer orders when they can, but even most dealers cant get them on the phone, just filling out internet orders and waiting to see what shows up.

Tony Hey Tony, thanks so much for the willingness to help!! The rod is 3/4" OD and its about 6.5" long from the end to where it is shouldered down to 5/8" OD for the blade to mount. Anything similar I should be able to make it work or anything longer I could always chop it to the correct length. Thanks!!

goldfinder Even if they were able to keep up with orders at this time I'm afraid you may be out of luck getting slab saw parts from them. I was told that they went completely out of the slab saw and parts business due to Chinese competition that copied their saws.

Just wanted to update on this issue: I was never able to get a response from Lortone after leaving multiple voicemails and emails. But Tony ( catmandewe) saved the day and was able to order and get me the correct arbor quickly! I installed the new arbor yesterday and it fixed the issue. So even though it appears that Lortone no longer responds to customers, they are still able to get parts to dealers. Thanks again Tony!!

Yes, Lortone is still technically in business but they do not answer any voicemails or emails from end consumers. Kingsley North does sell some of Lortone's inventory though, and given some time can order items to ship directly from Lortone. I got a new arbor shaft, bearings, and isolators this way.
