My wife and I found a spot north of Canyonland National Park on public (BLM) land. Just real nice agate, some might call pigeon blood agate because of the red spots. I call it Dubinky Well agate because we found it on the Dubinky Well road. This is my first tumble of it. As usual the photo does not do some of the pieces justice

Decent sized batch! Congrats on getting this one done! There's something even more satisfying when you can work material that is self-collected!

Indeed "chocolaty & quartzy"! I would say some pieces look just like a cut of prime rib or raw bacon too. My wife gave a stone to her Dr. and she almost popped it in her mouth thinking it was a chocolate candy. Truth!
